By using our website or purchasing a product from us, you agree to the collection and use of information as set forth in this policy.

Payment Policy: 50%Deposit is due prior to the beginning of work. The remaining 50% is due at the time the work is completed. Proposal valid for 30 days.

Lead Time: Special/custom orders of Paintings and ArtDoors lead times can vary. We do not guarantee that all products will be in stock at any specific time. Please place your order as far in advance as possible to ensure that the art is available when you need it.

In the event of unforeseen additional work changes to the design by the client that may require extra labor or materials, the price will increase.

Shipping cost: The customer is responsible for all freight charges and insurance unless otherwise specifically agreed upon.

Installation: Sargam Griffin does not accept responsibility or liability for installation ArtDoors or hanging of any Art work.Variations in warping or bowing of the door will be allowed as per industry standards. We are not responsible for improper alteration of the surface with sealers, falling objects, misuse, abuse, exposure to extreme temperatures, using improper chemicals or compounds.

International Customs Import Duties: Sargam Griffin is unable to accept responsibility for charges levied by other countries as customs policies vary widely from country to country. We suggest you contact your local customs office for further information. Please also be aware that cross-border shipments may be subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. If the destination country imposes import duties and/or taxes, the customer is responsible for their payment. Usually there are no duties for our products.

Variation and Uniformity: Hand made ArtDoors, hand crafted panels and canvases will exhibit a wide range of tone within a given hue or color. Other inherent variations include size, thickness, and surface texture. The surface texture of hand made ArtDoors and paintings will have variations including irregular epoxy resin, irregular sheen, surface textures and irregular surfacing.
Samples received or seen on the website will vary in color, size and thickness to a degree with the Art work received on site.

Returns: Special or custom order products cannot be returned. These orders are non-cancelable. Stock items can be returned with prior written authorization within thirty (30) days of receipt. All approved returns back to Sargam Griffin are subject to a 30% restocking fee, plus freight to and from the shipping location. We cannot accept returns on ArtDoors or Paintings that is in any way damaged or not in condition suitable for sale.

Force Majeure: Sargam Griffin ArtDoors shall not be liable for any delay in delivery or suspension or cancellation of performance hereunder due to any causes beyond its control, including but not limited to, acts of Nature or government, delays in production or shipping and delays caused by strikes or accidents.

Copyright: All images produced by Sargam Griffin belong to the artist and can not be copied or used for other purposes.

Cancellation: Cancellation prior to production commencing will be subject to a fee plus any incurred costs. If already in production, it cannot be cancelled. Full payment will be due on these orders.

Refund of Deposit: Any fees, incurred cost and related charges will be deducted from the deposit and balance will be refunded, if applicable.

Warranty: A copy will be provided upon request and it can only be amended in writing.

Finance Charge: A finance charge of 1.5% per month (18% annually) is subject to all balances not paid within the specified terms.

Attorney Fees: Customer is responsible for all attorney fees and costs in the event that collection efforts become necessary on any unpaid balances.
